Insects

I love photographing insects. These tiny animals are one of the most diverse and amazing groups of creatures on this earth. I know that they can make some people squeamish, but the fascinate me. One of the most amazing things I’ve discovered with taking close shots of these animals is the intricate details that are not visible from the human perspective. This album contains a wide variety of insect types. I have created several galleries for insects that I end up photographing commonly. This gallery contains less common insects, or at least ones I did not find as often. It also contains some images of land snails and while I know they are not insects, the seemed to fit her better than anywhere else.
