The first images in this album from the month of January come after a long drought of snow we have had this year. While the snowflakes themselves are not spectacular, it was the frost formations that were already growing on the window of my truck combined with the flakes that created these amazing combinations. Some of these are very simple images, but others are a bit busier with more going on in the images. And while I like the simplicity of some of the images, the complexity of the others really allows you to see the diversity of form that water can take in a frozen state. I will continue to add to this album throughout the month as snow conditions allow.
